Contest privacy

We use your name and email to verify your email address, provide sign-in links, administer your entry, and contact you if you are selected for a prize. We also record your group, guess, entry time, and eligibility status.

Only authorized contest administrators can see participant entries and exports. Other participants can see only their own entry. After results are explicitly published, selected prize recipients’ names and the official final run number are public. Their email addresses and guesses are not published.

Entries and administrative records are retained with the contest’s history. Deactivation or disqualification does not delete a guess or release a reserved number. Contact the St Johnsville EMS contest administrator with account or privacy questions.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. The site uses no advertising trackers. Sign-in email requests are rate-limited to protect accounts and delivery.
